Closing an Event – Forum

Completed Events

  1. Edit subject with “MISSION COMPLETE!” appearing first to indicate that the event is completed.
  2. Post final roster (people and costumes worn) in OP.
  3. Make sure the photo gallery link is posted.
  4. Remove any tags still attached to the event.
  5. Move event topic to the Completed Events folder for the current year. (At the very bottom of the event topic, on the left side, click the MOVE TOPIC button. Clear the Post a redirection topic box, and then select => 2020 Events as the Move to location.)
